Clinic signups are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We try to keep group sizes small so they fill up quickly.

MEETING TIME & PLACE Unless otherwise stated, all clinics meet at 10am at Basecamp: Camp Roger. Look for your instructor holding a sign with your clinic name on it as clinics leave Basecamp.

SLCA’s 2023 Scholarship Program

Applications open June 10th

At the SLCA, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in our annual Climbing Festival in the Uintas, regardless of financial circumstances. We are proud to offer scholarships to community members who are experiencing financial hardships, enabling them to join us for this incredible event.

Our scholarship program is designed to support individuals facing long-term, systemic, and/or circumstantial challenges beyond their reasonable control. We understand that financial hardships can make it difficult to meet financial obligations, such as paying bills and settling loans or debts. Please note that financial hardship differs from financial need.

If you would like to apply for a financial scholarship to attend the Climbing Festival, we encourage you to email us at events@saltlakeclimbers.org. Our team will provide you with the necessary information and guidance to complete the application process.

We encourage individuals who genuinely require financial assistance to apply. We review all applications carefully and make selections based on the information provided and the available resources.

Please note that the scholarship application deadline is July 15th. We recommend submitting your application at your earliest convenience to ensure consideration.
